  We could not recommend the Hub more highly for anyone thinking of hosting a wedding reception, or any other function. The staff are so friendly and adaptable. The food is brilliant. The location is hard to beat. It's fantastic.

  An italian inspired cafe/restaurant. Definitely ok. Probably not stand out. Much better than the previous five or six restaurants that occupied the same location. Service is attentive and speedy, food was perfect but the menu is perhaps just a little boring. Easily one of the top two places in Ashgrove Central.

  Friendly, obliging service. Fresh ingredients are consistently served. Great breakfasts and super salads. Can get quite noisy at regular meal times. Coffee usually very good but occasionally burnt.

  Sandro and the team at the Hub are unbelievable. With limited notice and input, they pulled together a spectacular wedding reception for 35 or so. The space itself was much bigger than we expected, having visited for coffee previously. Everyone fit comfortably, and we were given license to redecorate with flowers.

  The standout was Sandro - whatever we needed, he provided, including when we realised the evening before we didn't have space to store wine for the reception. It was a standard of service we didn't expect, and one that bigger venues would stand to learn from.

  Friendly staff. It was very pleasant to sit in the large open plan eating area on a beautiful day and have the breeze come through. The food arrived in a timely manner and looked absolutely delicious.

  I've eaten at Hub Cafe three times now, and every time I have been impressed. They have good food, decent prices, and some of the loveliest, most welcoming staff I've ever had the pleasure of being served by.
