  In my long history of renting I have never come across a more slack agency. I felt really sorry for the property owners and would never rent or buy through Darcy after my experience.

  We recently used this real estate agent to sell our unit in Ashgrove and were not even close to selling in two months. We got no feedback from the agent and no support only open houses with no one turning up and then told lower your price. So we changed realestats agents and got someone who cared and sold the property in a couple of weeks. Terrible experience all round with this agent.

  wish I had seen these reviews before renting through these guys. VERY unprofessional in regards to the end of lease and bond. during the lease it was fine as we only seen them twice in 12 months.

  terrible experience with this agency. very unprofessional and dishonest was being told two different stories between Ashgrove and The Gap office, one was saying our application was processing until owner's approval and other one saying owner has approved to another applicants was absolutely wasting my time as I have been waiting for the outcome for so long ! Then called rental Manger Jane marks was being told I was aggrestive and she said that" there are millions of properties out there you don't have to chose with us I am pretty sure you will find one " Was it a way you talking to your client like that? I understand it was all up to owner's decision however, I cannot see you have been putting effort on us and even could not be bothered to call me to keep me up to date! I have been went through so many different real estate agency before I have NEVER EVER had this terrible experience before. they do not care who you are and they do not care doing business with you which were very pathetic !!!!!!

  Barbara and Josie have been like lifesavers over the last 3 months. I got stuck with 2 housemates who broke lease and made it very difficult for me to find decent people to replace them and decided not to pay rent. Barbara has kept me informed and looked after me every step of the way. While Barbara was on holidays, Josie stepped in and was well informed and handled my situation with top priority as if I was her tenant. I cannot thank them enough for making me feel at ease while in a very stressful situation. If the rest of the team at D'Arcy's are anything like these to power ladies, then I recommend you run (don't walk) into their office today and get their services. THANK YOU.
